Precision is the product
PrimeCOA exists because peptide purity claims should be provable, not assumed. We built an independent HPLC and LC-MS testing laboratory so research and manufacturing partners can put a number behind what they ship.
Why HPLC, why us
High-performance liquid chromatography, paired with mass spectrometry, remains the gold standard for separating, identifying, and quantifying peptides in complex mixtures. It's precise enough to catch what other methods miss — but only when the method, the equipment, and the analyst are held to a rigorous standard.
That's the standard we built PrimeCOA around: validated methods, independent review, and certificates that stand up to scrutiny.
How we work
Samples are logged under strict chain-of-custody, analyzed using methods matched to the compound in question, and reviewed by a second analyst before a certificate is released. We report what the data shows — nothing more, nothing less.
What we hold ourselves to
Validated Methods
Every HPLC and LC-MS method we run is validated for accuracy, precision, and reproducibility before it touches a client sample.
Independent Review
Results are reviewed by a second analyst before any certificate is issued. No single analyst signs off alone.
Full Traceability
Every certificate is traceable back to the raw chromatographic data behind it, available to clients on request.
Sample Integrity
Chain-of-custody is maintained from intake to disposal, so results can never be attributed to the wrong sample.
No Vendor Affiliations
We don't sell peptides, take supplier commissions, or hold equity in any brand we test. Independence is the point.
Peptide-Specific Focus
Our methods, reference standards, and analyst training are built around peptide chemistry, not adapted from general-purpose panels.
